Warcraft Rumble Tier List

The mobile action strategy game Warcraft Rumble, with a focus on deck building, is quickly rising in popularity among fans worldwide. It offers a wide variety of leaders and minis to place your bets on – 65 unique Minis, including leaders and spells. Each Mini has unique skills and traits. So, mixing and matching them can take some time to find the perfect combination for you. 

You’ll need to build a team that can both outsmart and outmuscle enemy troops. Fortunately, we’ve done the heavy lifting for you, ranking each Mini in our tier list. The best Minis you can rely on fall under the S top tier, while the unremarkable Minis likely to let you down fall under the D bottom tier. That way, you can spend your gold and XP to level up the Minis, which will pay off in the long run.

Do note, however, that just because a Mini falls in the bottom tier doesn’t necessarily mean they cannot raise the stakes when paired with a potent team. Similarly, updates often mean changes in technique, while you may have a unique playstyle that works solely for you. Consequently, our Warcraft Rumble tier list should only offer a place to kickstart your dominance in the game, but not at all the final say. 

5. D Tier – Poor

As the bottom tier, D Tier Minis can, at best, offer reliable strategy and outcomes in specific scenarios. However, they’re limited in versatility and potency, which warrants extra caution when picking them.

Bloodmage Thalnos

Bloodmage Thalnos deals both ranged and elemental damage. However, he may need to level up to realize his full potential.

Cheat Death

Bestows upon allies an additional breath of life to prevent them from dying for a few seconds.

Core Hounds

A pair of Core Hounds rely on one another in life and death. One resurrects the other until both are killed.

Deep Breath

Nothing is as powerful as a dragon’s fire breath. Unleash hellfire in any direction to deal elemental damage to all enemies in the line of fire.

Molten Giant

A melee tank, Molten Giant provides great damage, dropping lava on enemy heads and dealing devastating effects on towers.

Mountaineer

With a bear tank and dwarf ranged combo combined, Mountaineer puts up an effective offense.

Raptors

Raptors are swift and savage slashes that tear apart enemy troops with ease.

Vultures

It starts off as two menacing vultures. Thereafter, each vulture victim adds to the flock.

Warsong Grunts

Warsong Grunts grow more powerful the longer they stay in battle. So, try to have tank builds go ahead of them and take as much damage as they can.

Spiderlings

They unleash poisonous venom that destroys tanks and pierces through armored units for the kill. 

4. C Tier – Okay

While C Tier Minis are competent enough to get you across the finish line, they may begin to hold you back, especially as you progress to more competitive levels.

Abomination

A tanky mass of flesh and steel, Abomination will hook on enemy troops, drawing them to himself for the kill.

Angry Chickens

When you want to overwhelm your opponent, Angry Chickens is the way to go, providing relatively reliable support for even the best tank builds and towers.

Execute

Chip away at half of the enemy's health with just a slice through their bodies with Execute.

Fire Elemental

With a body made of flame and rage, Fire Elemental can cleave through armored units while resisting elemental damage himself.

Ghoul

Ghoul makes his dinner out of fallen enemies to bolster his health and provide effective tanking.

Gnoll Brute

Using his deadly mace, Gnoll Brute cleaves through enemies with some collateral damage to boost.

Goblin Sapper

Goblin Sappers blow themselves up, targeting towers for a swift siege attack.

Holy Nova

Holy Nova bathes troops in healing or devastating damage, depending on which side of the battle you’re on.

Murloc Tidehunter

While they may always need team support, Murloc Tidehunters are great for claiming treasure chests and providing tanking support.

Living Bomb

Living Bomb blows up, destroying enemies within range and dealing excessive collateral damage to boost.

Plague Farmer

Get too close to the Plague Farmer, and you may fall victim to his poisonous pumpkins!

Polymorph

For a limited time, Polymorph transforms enemies into fluff or even floaty sheep.

Skeleton Party

Unleash Skeleton Party skirmishes on enemies to deal both melee and ranged damage.

Worgen

Stealthy at best, Worgen is perfect for unleashing anywhere on the battlefield to deal with annoying ranged and backline troops.

3. B Tier – Situationally Good

B Tier Minis will ultimately not disappoint. However, they may almost always need a boost combined with other top-tier Minis to fully maximize their synergistic potential.

Banshee Soul

A part of the undead faction, Banshee Soul possesses nearby targets, detonating upon dying to unleash wider AoE damage.

Chain Lightning

Whenever swarms of smaller foes outnumber you, unleash Chain Lightning to send a lightning strike sizzling through several enemies on impact.

Dark Iron Miner

Dark Iron Miners mine gold behind enemy lines, thus controlling distant gold mines. He also becomes pretty tanky, making him a worthwhile combatant.

Darkspear Troll

Unleash devastating spear throws using the Darkspear Troll. He doesn’t miss!

Drake

Drake flies above enemy troops, breathing lethal fire on aerial and ground troops alike.

Firehammer

While her fiery hammer throws start off slow, they quickly gain momentum, melting enemy armor with ease.

Flamewaker

You can get to support troops behind enemy lines with a Flamewaker, incinerating the ground with waves of flame.

Footmen

You may find better tank units, but none can split into two, supporting fragile allies at both ends of the battlefield.

Frostwolf Shaman

Few troops can heal and deal ranged damage at the same time. Why choose one or the other when you can have both?

Gargoyle

Gargoyle takes on aerial troops with ease, dominating the skies with high damage and tanking capabilities.

Harvest Golem

An effective melee damage dealer with a trick up its sleeve. After dying, Harvest Golems can shock themselves back to life.

Necromancer

Necromancer can summon limitless skeletons for protection. Meanwhile, he can pierce through armored units with magic shadow bolts.

Ogre Mage

Put Ogre Mages on your backline. They’ll buff allies while throwing massive fireballs that deal impressive DPS.

Prowler

Fast and deadly, Prowler can sprint ahead of slower troops or defend a fight from far away.

Skeletons

Skeletons can appear anywhere to distract enemies or loot remote resources.

Warsong Raider

As long as you clear a path for Warsong Rider, he’ll smash enemy towers and sustain siege damage.

2. A Tier – Great

Minis in A Tier, while still remarkable on their own, can sometimes need a helping hand. You may need to combine them with a potent team to fully realize their potential.

Bad Rider

Bad Riders fly above the battlefield, unleashing hellfire on melee enemies and christening the ground in flame.

Blackrock Pyromancer

Whenever a heavily armored enemy troop stands in your way, Blackrock Pyromancer can deal devastating damage, lighting enemies on fire and breaking down their shields.

Cairne Bloodhoof

A powerful boss with unsurpassed offense, Cairne Bloodhoof can hold down the fort for as long as you need.

Earth Elemental

Earth Elemental loads up a heavily armored pile of earth that can provide the perfect tank for your backline troops.

Grommash Hellscream

As his name goes, Grommash Hellscream taunts enemy troops with screams while providing tanking and unleashing heavy melee damage.

Gryphon Rider

Gryphon Rider easily takes on aerial and ground troops, throwing mighty dwarven hammers on their heads.

Huntress

Fast and deadly, the Huntress is a lethal rider who offers both great range and high damage output.

Maiev Shadowsong

Maiev Shadowsong tops the charts in sneak attacks and stealth, wreaking havoc on unsuspecting enemy troops.

Stonehoof Tauren

Stonehoof Tauren is a bull that charges his way into the battlefield, closing the gap against ranged units.

1. S Tier – Exceptional

Competitive juggernauts should have plenty of fun switching up the S-tier minis. They’re the most exceptional selection of troops you can rely on to bolster your strategy and take the win. Some may need an extra push to cross the finish line, but mixing and matching Minis from the S Tier will almost always guarantee victory.

Baron Rivendare

One of the best leaders, Baron Rivendare, is a highly versatile unit who rides his horse into the frontlines of battle to deal devastating damage to enemy troops while sustaining heavy damage intake too.

Defias Bandits

Defias Bandits are perfect for stalling, with impressive stealth. They’ll sneak up on enemy troops, gut-shot them, and stun them to submission.

Harpies

Though seemingly fragile fliers, Harpies can shred enemies as long as you can get them to reach their target.

Quilboar

Marked “unbound,” you can deploy Quilboar anywhere you please. He burrows into the ground to appear anywhere and deal surprise melee damage to enemies.

Rend Blackhand

With two parts to him, Rend Blackhand may go down but come back alive.

S.A.F.E. Pilot

Safely land S.A.F.E. Pilot anywhere to crush enemies or deploy her behind tanks for area damage support.

Tirion Fordring

Described as a “low-micromanagement mega-death ball,” Tirion Fordring is a beacon of strength that can provide both solid tanking capabilities and effective healing.

Whelp Eggs

Nearly essential to all teams, Whelp Eggs terrorize melee opponents with many fiery Flying whelps.
