Steam Summer Sale 2022 Has Arrived!

The Steam Summer Sale is now open and runs until 10 am PT/1 pm ET on July 7, 2022.

The Steam Summer Sale, one of PC gaming's most significant and cherished annual sales, is back! From now until July 7th, the Steam Summer Sale will discount not hundreds, but thousands of games. Including some of the greatest AAA titles, a tonne of Indie Games, and more. Across the board, there are fantastic deals, and surely one for you.

Two things are making this year's summer sale a big one. The first is the Steam Deck, which is making its first appearance as a part of the sale. But, more importantly, Steam did something unusual that we haven't seen with past Summer Sales. That being, Valve actually made a trailer this year for its big event. Which, if you've been a Steam member for some time, you'll know isn't typical of the company.

What's more is that they made another video, explaining trading cards and how they coincide with the Steam Summer Sale. It's surely an unexpected move, but we think it's a great idea, and are all for it!
