Dead by Daylight Developer Teases The Casting of Frank Stone

Dead by Daylight creator Behaviour Interactive has announced its formal partnership with Supermassive Games for the conception of a new single-player survival-horror game, The Casting of Frank Stone.

“The shadow of Frank Stone looms over Cedar Hills, a town forever altered by his violent past,” the game description reads. “Delve into the mystery of Cedar Hills alongside an original cast of characters bound together on a twisted journey where nothing is quite as it seems. Every decision you make shapes the story and impacts the fate of the characters within it. Brimming with emotional gut-punches and high-stakes horror, discover how a simple decision can become a truly heart-wrenching dilemma.“

At the time of writing, neither Behaviour Interactive nor Supermassive Games have added a concrete release date to The Casting of Frank Stone. But, having said that, the developers have gone as far as to staple a loose 2024 window to it. Here's hoping, with a little luck, that we'll be seeing some more of the upcoming horror over the next several weeks.
