Sengoku Dynasty

Game developer Superkami, in collaboration with publisher Toplitz Productions, has announced a significant content update for the Sengoku Dynasty. Sengoku Dynasty, the open-world RPG, city builder, life simulation, and survival game, will receive the first significant update as part of its Early Access experience.

The update will bring agricultural adventures to the game by introducing farming and land management. Players will now be able to cultivate crops such as millet, garlic, leeks, parsley, wasabi, and turnips. The update will also introduce new tools like the farming hoe, seed bag, and watering bucket. Additionally, players can create land and water fields, including unique rice terraces.

A significant aspect of this update is the regeneration of resources. The Farming Update addresses the environmental impact of players' actions, as deforested or overharvested resources will slowly begin to regrow. Additionally, mining deposits will have a chance of recovering, providing a more sustainable gameplay experience.

In addition, the update introduces a new map, Aratani. Aratami is a farming village where rice farming is a communal activity and offers players interactions with NPCs and traders. For players who don't mind getting their hands dirty, the update introduces a composting station to turn rot into fertilizer.

Lastly, players can express themselves in the game with the introduction of emotes. Players can greet their co-op friends with a polite bow, meditate, or stretch their backs after a good night's sleep.

Scheduled to roll out in stages, the Farming Update will launch in stages and kick off on November 7th. Superkami intends to provide players with a rich farming experience, followed by further updates focusing on dynasty management integration in the coming weeks. Get ready to sow the seeds of your virtual farm as Sengoku Dynasty's Farming Update brings a breath of fresh air to this multi-genre gaming experience.
