Leaker Claims Grand Theft Auto 6 Will Feature Two Familiar Faces

A leaker that goes by the name of GTA_VI_Leak has shared details on Grand Theft Auto 6's roster, claiming two familiar faces will be making a return to Vice City.

According to the original thread posted on Reddit, the unconfirmed sixth leg of the Grand Theft Auto saga will feature two old characters. And if what the leaker is saying is true, then both Niko Bellic and Michael De Santa could very well reprise their roles in the eighties-themed Vice City.

Of course, there's plenty of reason to cast doubt, as Rockstar has yet to confirm such a thing. Still, it's open for speculation, and it's certainly worth thinking about for all the while Rockstar protects its cards. If it turns out to be true, then it could mean players will once again have the opportunity to take scores and claim lives alongside two of the series' most popular criminals.

Will Niko Bellic really return for Grand Theft Auto 6?

“Niko Bellic was never caught for his crimes. Stories of ‘The Serb' are still told in Liberty City occasionally, plenty of news articles mention him, and there's even a nostalgic documentary about him,” the thread reads. “The actions of GTA 4 cause gigantic power shifts in the criminal underworld and the weakening of almost every faction over the course of the game paves the way for the Von Crastenburg family to grow so quickly.”

And then there's Michael De Santa, a character we know for a fact has a spot in the upcoming Grand Theft Auto Online update. According to the leaker, the voice actor, Ned Luke, might be working on more than what meets the eye. Say, Grand Theft Auto 6, for example.

“Most likely it's in the form of a GTA Online DLC, but it's also very possible he could be producing a movie in Vice City. It could be both. We'll have to wait and see,” the leaker concluded.

Again, this could be nothing more than fumbling for views. At present, it's hard to say. Either way, you should take it with a heavy helping of salt. We'll be sure to let you know if anything further comes of the matter.

So, what's your take? Would you be happy to see Bellic and De Santa reprise their roles in GTA 6? Let us know over on our socials here or down in the comments below.
