Grand Theft Auto 6 Gameplay Supposedly Leaked Online

Over 90 clips pertaining to the development of Grand Theft Auto 6 have leaked online during a cyber attack against Rockstar Games. Question is, are they real, or is this just one big hoax to coerce the developer into shedding light on the upcoming project?

It was only last year that CD Projekt Red had to fend off a slew of cyber attacks to stop data files on Cyberpunk 2077 from getting out. Today, however, it's Rockstar Games that has found itself in the hot seat, with the highly anticipated Grand Theft Auto 6 being put on the pedestal.

Spotted today over on GTAForums, a user that is going by the name of teapotuberhacker, has confessed to leaking over 90 clips relating to Grand Theft Auto 6. These clips, which mostly reveal basic animations and character models, have now made their rounds all over the net. And if what some leakers are saying about the files turn out to be true, then it could mean Grand Theft Auto 6 won't be coming out for quite some time. Like, three or four years, give or take.

But is it really GTA VI?

Of course, there's nothing to say that this leak is entirely legitimate. Chances are, it's all one big deep fake, and its purpose is only to cause a commotion between hungry fans and Rockstar Games. There's just no telling at the moment, and so you should definitely take the most of this with a grain of salt. Still, it has most certainly caused a ruckus over on the forums. The question is, do you believe it?
