Sonic the Hedgehog 3 and Knuckles Rumors and More

If you do not feel old yet, somebody does. This year marks “Sonic the Hedgehog’s” 30th anniversary. “SEGA” talked about exciting news. The rumor surfacing the internet is that “Sega” is planning on rereleasing “Sonic 3” and Knuckles is in the collection. That cannot be the only news around. It turns out, it is not. There is also a rumor that the 2010 “Wii” and “Nintendo DS” for “Sonic Colors” will be remastered.

Nintendo Life” covered that “Sonic the Hedgehog 3” was tied to legal issues. Some of the tracks in “Sonic the Hedgehog” were composed by the “King of Pop,” Michael Jackson, going uncredited. For a while, there was a theory on if Michael Jackson actually composed tracks for “Sonic the Hedgehog 3” and it turns out, he did. “Zippo” made rumors about the return of the classic “Sonic the Hedgehog 3,” but earlier, this week, covered the return of “Donkey Kong. The nostalgic feeling is back.

The irony that “Sonic the Hedgehog 3” was tied to legal issues is that on “,” which was released in 2010, you can catch “Sonic”saying a memorable quote. In “Sonic Colors,” the blue hedgehog says, “No copyright law in the universe is going to stop me.” That is a bold statement to make and you cannot blame the fluffy Sonic. He is only the world’s most famous hedgehog with the ability to beat the gold rings out of his enemies.

Knuckles is a character that “Sonic the “Sonic” fans cannot wait to see, but are we going to forget that Tails is also in “Sonic the Hedgehog 3”? When you think about it, Sonic really is not a mutant hedgehog. Sure, he is a fictional character, but in “Sonic,” the film, he is portrayed as an alien. In “Sonic the Hedgehog,” Dr. Eggman creates pseudo-Sonics, (trying to replicate him), but they are not completely like the real Sonic. Throughout the game, Dr. Eggman tries to harness the real Sonic’s power, then it was answered why in “Sonic the Hedgehog 2.”

In “Sonic 2,” the hedgehog can collect Chaos Emeralds and use them to achieve an evolved form with special abilities. Looking at “Sonic 3,” he is the guardian of the Master Emerald, the battery that channels the power of the Chaos Emeralds, and the reason the futuristic Angel Island (a tropical jungle with advanced technology) is in existence.

In “Sonic,” and “Sonic 2,” you will notice ancient relics (with a Greco-Roman style) in the background, which can suggest aliens probably were around. “Sonic Adventure 2” answers more about Sonic. Rouge the Bat covers the similarities between Shadow the Hedgehog and Project Shadow. The two prototypes were the biolizard and Shadow the Hedgehog. It does not take great research to feel like Shadow the Hedgehog is based on Sonic.

On second thought, in “Sonic X,” Sonic is portrayed as a Mobian species. He was born on Christmas Island. Well, some people may argue that Sonic is not an alien, but the creature is not from Earth. He can curl up into a spinning ball and target anyone in his path. That is not what a regular hedgehog can do. The 2020 “Sonic” film gave the main character an extra-terrestrial origin story.
