Razer Kraken Headset Saves Redditor From Bullet
A Redditor that goes by the name of Enough_Dance_956 has spoken up about a recent incident that could have cost him his life, should he have not been wearing headphones.
In a peculiar turn of events, a Redditor has shared his story on how a pair of Razer Kraken headphones saved him for a stray bullet. And while many commenters on the thread initially believed it to be a hoax, further images did go on to back the claim, clearly revealing the bullet, the window, and the damaged headphones.
According to the Redditor, after the bullet entered through a window at full speed, it deflected off of the headphones, and then landed on the bed. The police then took the bullet into custody, presumably to launch an investigation into the matter. As for the whereabouts of the bullet today, that's another question.
Of course, while the Redditor did walk away unscathed from the bizarre event, the Razer headphones, on the other hand, did not. After taking the bullet, they were ultimately broken beyond repair. Not that this comes as a surprise, of course, given the circumstances of the event.
And then Razer stepped in…
In light of the incident, Razer CEO Min-Liang Tan did offer to replace the headphones. The Redditor, rather gracefully, declined, and simply thanked the creator for saving his life.
