Fortnite’s Soundwave Series Will Feature Breakout Musicians

Published

 on

Fortnite will have the Soundwave Series (a new in-game concert series, which features breakout musical artists), starting October 1 at 11 A.M. PT/2 P.M. ET. The show will last until October 3 at 11 A.M./2 P.M. ET.

Each musical artist will be performing within community-made Creative maps and the headliner Mohamed Hamaki will be taking the stage. Within its playlist, following the first show, Hamaki’s show will be on air for 48 hours. Also, there will be the debut if his new song, “Leilt Elomr.” Gamers viewing the content will own a free, new spray, commemorating the event.

Much like artists who paved the way (like Ariana Grande, Marshmello, and Travis Scott), their audiovisual experience are expected to be unique. The featured artists will not be well-known musicians, but at least the spotlight will be placed on them, giving Fortnite fans more musical interests. After Egypt’s Hamaki, you can hear several confirmed shows starring (Japanese pop artist and music producer) Gen Hoshino, (French-Malian singer) Aya Nakamura, (Brazilian rapper) Emicida, and (Australian singer-songwriter) Tones And I.
