Nobody Saves the World is Coming to PlayStation & Switch

Drinkbox Studios' highly praised action-adventure dungeon crawler, Nobody Saves the World, is coming to PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch on April 14, 2022.

Since launching back in January, fans of the quirky dungeon crawler have pondered over the hopes of seeing it port its way over to additional platforms. But in a stroke of luck, Drinkbox Studio has, at long last, made the snap decision to act on it.

“It’s been great to see the game being received so positively by our existing fans as well as new players. We've been around for 14 years now, and Nobody Saves the World has quickly become one of our most successful games,” Drinkbox producer Graham Smith said in a recent press release.

“Whenever we try making something completely new it feels like a big gamble, so we’re really happy that the game has found an audience, and I hope that more people will enjoy it now that it's arriving on PlayStation and Switch,” Smith continued. “Who knows, perhaps we'll have more Nobody Saves the World ideas and forms to explore in the future!”

Good news, co-op fans!

As well as the game making its way over to PlayStation and Switch, Nobody Saves the World will also bring in local co-op. For Switch users, this means two players can play in a tabletop fashion, using the Joy-Con add-ons to play a game. PlayStation users, of course, will also have the ability to cross-play, meaning both PS4 and PS5 users will be able to band together for a multiplayer session.

All of this comes out on April 14, when you will effectively be able to purchase the game and feast on its local co-op mode on all major platforms.
