Cyberpunk 2077 Is Full Steam Ahead With No Further Delays
CD Projekt Red has definitely toyed with our emotions these past twelve months over their phasing in and out of delays. Even when Cyberpunk 2077 hit that mouthwatering gold status; the developer still put their hands up and pushed back the launch by a further month. And, while this may have upset CD Projekt fans around the world, it is safe to say that December 10th is now the guaranteed launch date for the most-anticipated game of the year.
Since its initial 2012 announcement, Cyberpunk 2077 has spiralled through a whole rollercoaster of rocky scenarios and challenges. Even with the triple-A developer manning the helm, Cyberpunk 2077 has proven to be a whole heap of trouble from the get-go. With a total of four delays over 2020 alone and an army of impatient fans hungering for some action — CD Projekt Red has no doubt felt the wrath of consumers burning pockets. But, alas, the time has come to feast on the eight-year project.

In a recent tweet that spares the cryptic messages, CD Projekt Red has indeed reminded fans of the launch date. This means that despite frustrated gamers suggesting another delay, Cyberpunk 2077 will definitely be going ahead. So yes — it is real. It is happening. And, honestly, we couldn't be more excited to sink our teeth into the renowned smash-hit.
Cyberpunk 2077 launches on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X, PlayStation 5 and Windows on the 10th December 2020.
