PlayStation Is Giving Away $15 Cashback to Subscribers

Published

While it may not be the mouth-watering $1 promotional offer for 3 months of Game Pass, Sony has pitched in as of late with a little deal of their own. That's right, $15 of cashback to spend on digital games, content and themes from the PlayStation Store. Sadly, as you might've guessed — there is a slight catch to this little deal. Unfortunately, if you're subscribed to either PlayStation Plus or PlayStation Now already, then you're at the wrong end of the stick. If, however, you're gawping at that 12-month subscription plan for either service — then you're in luck.

Okay, so it's not the most mind-blowing bargain on the market at the moment — but we can't fault a cashback deal. Plus, it's worth pointing out that this deal can only be snagged up until March 23rd. So, in case you were looking at buying into one of the two (or both) platforms, then remember to claim your store credit so you can make the most of that hefty subscription purchase.

PlayStation Plus Monthly Games - PS4 and PS5 - March 2021

How does it work?

You can buy a 12-month PlayStation Plus plan for $60, or you can pick up a 12-month PlayStation Now subscription for $120. Purchasing each plan will grant you $15 in vouchers, so, of course, getting your hands on both would gift you $30 worth. So, if emptying your wallet of $180 for both lengthy subscription plans plus a $30 bonus seems like a steal to you — then be sure to navigate towards that “Subscriptions” tab as soon as possible.

Oh, and let's not forget that Sony will also be serving up 10 free PlayStation games this month as part of the Play at Home 2021 scheme. You can take a look at all of the juicy details over what's to come right here. So, it's good news all around for both PS4 and PS5 owners. We'll be keeping an ear to the ground in case anything else comes up over the coming weeks.

Be sure to take advantage of this deal before next Tuesday (23rd). However, don't expect to be able to stack multiple years on either plan and receive additional credit.
