Storyline and World

Engineer Jack Leary responds to an alarm at the remote Fort Solis mining facility and finds the base operational but its crew missing. A severe storm cuts off easy escape as he searches communications, medical, engineering, and underground service areas. Audio logs, surveillance, and personal video messages reconstruct the crew's final hours while the present-day situation becomes more dangerous. Jessica Appleton's perspective later expands the mystery.
