Microsoft Announces ID@Xbox Showcase

Microsoft has exciting news for gamers and indie game enthusiasts: the next indie-focused ID@Xbox Showcase is set to happen on July 11, 2023. IGN will be hosting the showcase, which promises to offer an exclusive “first look at some new games, including trailers, gameplay, reveals, and more.”

The ID@Xbox program, Microsoft's initiative to support independent game developers, has been instrumental in launching some of the most popular indie games of recent years. Cuphead, Ori and the Blind Forest, and No Man's Sky are just a few examples of the success stories nurtured by the program, which provides developers with invaluable tools, resources, and marketing support.

The July 11 showcase will feature a diverse lineup of indie games from around the world. Confirmed titles include:

  • Prodeus: A retro-style first-person shooter inspired by classics like Doom and Quake, offering fast-paced action and challenging levels.
