So without further ado, please enjoy our picks for the 5 Best Games on EA Play (April 2023).

5. Star Wars Battlefront 2

Starting off our list of the best games on EA Play as of April 2023, we have Star Wars Battlefront 2. This gamer is amazing from a technical and visual standpoint, in part due to the fantastic work that the developers at DICE put into the game. A technology known as photogrammetry was used to create some of the most stunning environments that we have seen in recent years. In addition, it lovingly recreated many famous locations from the Star Wars franchise.

This is great to see, and it allows players who have been missing that old-school Star Wars game feel. And allows them to immerse themselves in its world. Firstly, this is fantastic and shows that the game does a great job of capturing one of the best fantasy universes to exist. The gameplay for the game is also extremely solid and does away with many of the annoyances from the previous title. So if you are looking to play a Star Wars game in April of 2023, then Star Wars Battlefront 2 is a must-have that is available through EA Play.

4. Jade Empire: Special Edition

For our next entry, we have a title that many players might have missed out on in their youth. Jade Empire was a fantastic RPG from the same studio BioWar, which borough players Knights of the Old Republic. This is a title that, in some ways, shares many similarities with KOTOR but differs from it in others. For instance, the morality system is somewhat similar, although it can be argued that it is perfected within Jade Empire. Players will be able to choose which path to follow, the Open Palm or the Closed Fist.

Each of the see styles has its own fighting styles associated with them that make them feel unique. Added to this, there is an exceedingly well-fleshed social element to the game, which even opens itself up to a plethora of romance options. The world of Jade Empire is incredibly stylized and allows the player to immerse themselves easily. The RPG mechanics in the game are also top-notch, making it really quite replayable. So if you are looking for a fantastic title on EA Play in April of 2023, definitely give Jade Empire: Special Edition a look.

3. Titanfall 2Apex Universe single-player

Next on our list, switching things up considerably, we have a fast-paced FPS title with a fantastic storyline. Titanfall 2 received much praise upon its release for its advanced movement mechanism, as well as its level design. The multiplayer maps in the game are extremely well-balanced and allow for a back-and-forth when playing. This is a testament to how great the maps themselves are. The weaponry also feels extremely smooth and intuitive to use, making this game feel fantastic to this day.

The movement mechanics, as well as the shooting mechanics, are somewhat of an inspiration for the mechanics within Apex Legends. This is a game that is built on the framework that Titanfall 2 had built. This is wonderful to see and truly shows that the developers at Respawn Entertainment learn with each iteration of their games. So if you are looking for a fluid FPS title with a stunning story, then make sure you check out Titanfall 2 on EA Play in April of 2023.

2. Dragon Age: Inquisition

For our next entry, we have a game that served to, in many ways, revolutionized the RPG. Dragon Age: Inquisition is still widely played to this day for both its skill system and fantastic narratives. This is great and is only speaks to how well-made this title was when it released. That being said, upon release, this game was somewhat overshadowed, and it is only through the power of hindsight and revisits that players discovered that treasure trove of content here.

The writing in this game is simply phenomenal and shows the game's characters in a fantastic light. There are, in fact, many storylines that still hold up exceptionally well, even to this day. This makes this title a must-have for RPG fans, especially fans of the Dragon Age series. So if you are someone who is interested in well-written RPGs or simply someone who played these games in the past, make sure you check them out through the power of EA Play this April 2023.

1. Battlefield 4

For our last entry, we have a title that, upon its initial release, truly could've gone either way. Battlefield 4 had a ton of potential to live up to, given the success and groundbreaking nature of its predecessor. That being said, when Battlefield 4 was initially released, it was plagued by many technical issues. However, this is in no small part due to the technologically bold design of the game. There was an attempt to capitalize on new technology to push forward the Battlefield franchise. Initially, this led to many missteps in the game's development. However, each of these issues would be rectified in time. It was transforming the game into one of the best FPS games.

However, with time and effort, this game quickly became one of the most polished entries in the franchise, and with DICE working away at it for quite some time, the game finally had enough content to satiate players. Today, it is one of the most satisfying and content-rich shooters on the market, which is a testament to how great of a game this is. The amount of content to grind for and environments to enjoy is simply staggering. So if you are looking for a game to play on EA Play in April 2023, make sure you don't forget one of the best Battlefield titles ever to release.
