Mario Kart 8 Deluxe — Booster Course Pass Wave 3 Available Now

The third and final wave of the Booster Course Pass has officially launched on Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, giving Nintendo Switch Online subscribers yet another collection of nostalgic tracks to enjoy.

Nintendo has officially kicked off the third of the proposed six waves of free tracks for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. This comes as part of the Booster Course Pass, an additional perk that Nintendo Switch Online subscribers can enjoy at no extra cost.

Wave 3 marks the midway point in the six-wave timeline, and will also round off 2022, no less. Unfortunately, it hasn't been confirmed whether the fourth leg of the journey will be coming in Q1 2023, or at a much later date. That said, Nintendo has sent out an announcement around a month prior to releasing each of the three available tiers. So, it's only natural that Nintendo give subscribers a heads up before it goes live.

For now, though, it's all about Wave 3 — and what a wave it is. Boasting two new cups and eight new tracks, racers can finally get a hearty burst of nostalgia from some of the series' best and most noteworthy instalments. Here's what's included in the latest batch of uploads:
