Dying Light 2 Will Bring New Game+ Later This Month
Dying Light 2 Stay Human will introduce New Game+, along with a slew of new updates in the upcoming patch that is set to launch later this month.
Although the team behind the open world zombie sequel are known for singing their own creations' praises, the latest Twitter post has, oddly, raised more questions than answers. Though, the bottom line is this: Dying Light 2 Stay Human will receive a New Game+ mode, which will supposedly give you more reasons to return to The City for a second journey.
On top of this, the patch will also introduce a thread of new fixes, as per the usual patch routine. What this means is that, with a few tweaks, the game will run a lot smoother, and perhaps even play better on older console generations. Though, this comes expected with patches that release shortly after the initial launch date.
What else is in store?
Claiming it's the biggest one yet, it could very well mean there'll be more in store than a few ironed out creases. But as it stands, there's no telling what the patch will bring. A New Game+ is one thing, but it's anybody's guess as to what else will roll out in a few weeks time.
Although an official release date has yet to land, the Twitter thread does mention it'll be sometime at the end of April. The moment it goes live, the devs will update the player base with a full list of changes to the single player and multiplayer modes of the game.
In the meantime, you can go ahead and follow the social handle for more news and updates surrounding the patch. We'll be sure to give you all the details the second the pin drops at the end of the month.
