Pirates shooting other pirate ships with cannon

The world of Skull & Bones naturally revolves around a lot of seafaring. Maneuvering throughout the vast oceans can be daunting, especially at first. However, as you progress through the game, you will unlock and gain access to a number of newer and often better ships. These ships come with their own caveats and particular uses, with some undoubtedly outperforming others. So, whether you are looking into Skull & Bones or wish to know the best of the best, Here is All Ships in Skull & Bones, Ranked.

10. Dhow

We are kicking off our list of all ships in Skull & Bones, Ranked with the Dhow. This ship, which is obtained automatically at the start of the game, is noticeably weaker than many of the later entries on our list. That said, this ship can offer a ton of functionality for the player. One of the key components of this ship is its rather large carrying capacity, which makes it great for resource runs and the like. In short, the Dhow, while being one of the smaller ships in Skull & Bones, is effective in its own way.

9. HulkSkull & Bones Best Tips for Beginners

In stark contrast to our last entry, our next entry is the Hulk ship. As the name would imply, this massive ship has quite a large turn radius, making it quite difficult to maneuver. If you can overcome this shortcoming, though, the amount of defense abilities this ship has is no doubt impressive. Players can take advantage of the Ironclad perk, which allows the ship to brace and greatly reduce incoming damage, which is fantastic. In short, the Hulk is one the best early ships in Skull & Bones.

8. Bedar

We are continuing with our list. Here we have the Bedar. The Bedar is a smaller ship, much like the Dhow. However, there are a few key differences between the two. One of the most effective ways to use this particular vessel is to ram your ship into an enemy. This will not only do significant damage to your opponent, but the passive perk that the Bedar has significantly mitigated this damage. This makes it a great way to open up a fight or board enemy ships. All around, the Bedar is a great ship and one of the best ships in Skull & Bones.

7. The CutterSea Fires

Our next entry is the Cutter. For players unfamiliar with this particular vessel, it has many different uses but excels in a few key areas. One of the most important things that the Cutter does is heal your allied ships. This can make it an incredibly useful asset in a particularly difficult battle. Additionally, this is done passively, and players can heal ships in a shockingly wide radius. All of these things combine to make the Cutter one of the best ships that Skull & Bones has to offer.

6. Barge

Our next entry is a great suggestion for all of those players who simply want to burn their enemies to the ground. The Barge allows players to do just that through the use of its Wildfire perk. This increases the player's ability to ignite enemy ships. As one might expect, this is incredibly effective in battle, as it afflicts enemy ships with the Ablaze status. Additionally, due to its small stature, players can maneuver this ship rather easily.

5. The Snowskull and bones ships in the Most Anticipated Sandbox Games

The next entry we have for you today is the Snow. For players looking for a more tanky ship, essentially a better version of the Hulk. This makes it great for accomplishing tasks such as hoarding and shipping cargo across the dangerous waters of Skull & Bones. Additionally, the sheer size of the ship makes it notably more durable than many of our previous entries on this list. So, if you are looking for one of the best Medium ships in Skull & Bones, check out the Snow.

4. Sloop

Next up on our list is the Sloop. The Sloop, for players who enjoy a more small and nimble ship, has you covered. Players are able to take advantage of this ship's increased mobility to great effect. In addition to this, the passive ability of the ship allows players to have an increased chance of incurring explosions upon their enemies. So, if you are looking for a smaller yet powerful ship in Skull & Bones, check out the Sloop.

3. Padewakang

Skull & Bones ships at war

We are changing things up quite a bit with our next entry. Here, we have the Padewakang. Seeing as our previous entry was the Sloop, it is fitting that this ship be our next entry. Players who add this ship to their fleet can expect quite a few things. For starters, there is a thousand-meter radius in which the explosions you cause your opponents have an increased probability. This makes it a great tool for defeating multiple targets quickly.

2. Brigantine

The Brigantine is up for our next entry, and this ship is simply magnificent. For what it sacrifices in raw firepower, it greatly makes up for in ramming potential. This ship allows players to thwart the plans of their opponents by dealing massive ramming damage. The Bullhorn passive ability ensures that enemy ships have an increased chance of flooding and the effectiveness of the Torn Sail effect. To close, the Brigantine is one of the best ships in Skull & Bones.

1. Sambuk

For the final entry on our list, here we have the Sambuk. For players looking for what is, effectively, a better version of the Barge, this ship certainly fits the bill. The Sambuk is one that greatly increases the amount of fire damage capable of being dished out by players. This makes it highly sought-after for players who wish to specialize in dealing with this type of damage. Additionally, the Sambuk allows players to deal massive damage to both single targets as well as multiple targets at once. For these reasons, we consider it to be one of the best ships in Skull & Bones.
