All Bosses in Wuchang: Fallen Feathers, Ranked

Having feathers grow on your body, slowly turning you into some kind of beastly creature, might not be the worst plague to befall you. Yet, if you’re to survive, you have to embark on a dangerous mission to save yourself and the world from the “Feathering.”
As a Soulslike, you can already anticipate that the journey won’t be easy. And among the worst enemies you can encounter during missions are bosses. It’s no secret how bosses in Soulslike can take hours of your time to beat. No one is able to beat certain bosses in one go, even the most skilled gamers out there. And that’s where the beauty of challenging these bosses comes in, as they provide a worthy challenge for every gamer.
We’ve compiled all bosses in Wuchang: Fallen Feathers, ranked per their difficulty and design. That way, you can have a better idea of which bosses have been giving gamers worldwide (and not just you) the hardest time.
24. Tang Palace Maid
Tang Palace Maid is an optional boss, pretty easy to beat compared to the other bosses in Wuchang: Fallen Feathers. As long as you can stagger her a couple of times, you should be good to go.
23. Monstrous Toddler – Bai Kru
Mostrous Toddler – Bai Kru is also optional, and relatively easy to beat because of his limited attacks. He consistently attacks in front of him, so simply strike his side and back to drain his health.
22. Master Raider – Man-Eating Dhutanga
Next on all bosses in Wuchang: Fallen Feathers, ranked, is Master Raider – Man-Eating Dhutanga. He’s the first main boss who, rightly, is the first genuine challenge you’ll face. You need to have grasped the mechanics and come in with specific attacks like backstabs.
21. Reborn Treant – Soulwood
While relatively difficult to beat, the trick to outsmarting Reborn Treant – Soulwood is in learning its attack patterns and casting magic to keep a safe distance.
20. South General – Liu Wenxiu
South General – Liu Wenxiu’s lighting and teleportation can be a force to be reckoned with. However, dodge his lightning bolts, and you can easily take him down with lots of light attacks.
19. Gluttonous Monstrosity – Lu Hongliu
Gluttonous Monstrosity – Lu Hongliu, as the name suggests, can be intimidating in appearance, with her feathered, beaked, and mutated design. However, all it takes to defeat her is mastering your dodges, with follow-up counters and spells, of course.
18. Blightweaver – Great Centipede
Another ghastly Blightweaver – Great Centipede creature you have to carefully study. Simply, patiently, time your attacks and dodges, and you should be good to go.
17. General of the North – Ai Nengqi
You’ll find General of the North – Ai Nengqi susceptible to frost and shock damage, and therein lies your key to defeating her.
16. Dragon Emperor – Zhu Youjian
Dragon Emperor Zhu Youjian also has a nifty weakness you can take advantage of. He’ll easily fall prey to fire and burn damage.
15. Feathered Priest – Lu Bingzhang
Going head-to-head against a flying, hunched creature can be intimidating. However, the only way out of this one is to take him head-on, going on the offensive through and through.
14. Fierce Tiger – Sovereign Zhang Xianzhong
You might have heard “the Tiger” mentioned among some of the most brutal fights in all bosses in Wuchang: Fallen Feathers, ranked. It’s a giant cat, pretty fast. Despite its intimidating attacks, though, it surprisingly has some of the biggest openings for retaliation.
13. Mistress of the Night – Huang Yan
Mistress of the Night – Huang Yan is pretty agile, can transform, and cast powerful spells. You’ll have to master getting behind her and casting charged attacks to break her stance, which can be annoying when she moves around pretty fast.
12. Perfect Bride – Fang Ling
Perfect Bridge Fang Ling is one of the tougher boss battles. However, it’s not entirely impossible to take her down using longsword counterattacks that break her stance.
11. Nightmare Demon
Despite Nightmare Demon’s difficulty, it takes immense patience to parry her powerful attacks and magic, waiting for the perfect time to go on the offensive.
10. Bo Sorcerer
For many Wuchang: Fallen Feathers gamers, Bo Sorcerer can be frustrating. All your efforts seem to hit a wall, while she dishes out a flurry of attacks at you. Since she’s resistant to most attacks, you’re challenged to experiment and meticulously cultivate the specific build that can take her down.
9. Sovereign – Zhang Xianzhong
Sovereign – Zhang Xianzhong is also quite tough to beat, with his agility, lightning strikes, and powerful hits. Like all bosses in Wuchang: Fallen Feathers, ranked, it’s all about finding the right opportunity to strike, which can be as slim as when he remains stagnant when casting beams of lightning, giving you room to step behind him and strike.
8. Commander Honglan
Commander Honglan is another boss who’s given most Wuchang: Fallen Feathers players a headache. It takes deep preparation, crafting the perfect build that effectively parries, counters, and dodges her attacks.
7. Bo Magus
Bo Magus also requires heavy preparation. The key is having an incredibly powerful weapon that should be able to counter her attacks and wear down her shield until you get close enough to unleash a potent attack.
6. The Reborn Dragon Emperor – Zhu Youjian
Being among the last of all bosses in Wuchang: Fallen Feathers, it makes sense that The Reborn Dragon Emperor – Zhu Youjian is no pushover. However, just like the Dragon Emperor, the Reborn version is also susceptible to fire and burn damage.
5. Ming General – Liu Cheng'en
Ming General – Liu Cheng’en embodies the design of the best boss fights, with his relentless swings, stabs, and AoE attacks. His frostbite attack alone halves your health. You’ll have a pretty hard time mastering deflecting his attacks while evading the frostbite.
4. Eternal Glory – Zhao Yun
Eternal Glory – Zhao Yun brings shadow clones to the fight. It’s not just your build that needs to be perfect, but your skills, too. If you haven’t mastered Wuchang: Fallen Feathers’ combat at this point, you might as well kiss winning the boss fight goodbye.
3. Feathery Ambition – Xuanyangzi
I always hate bosses who can leap into the air, taking away my chances of landing a hit. That’s Feathery Ambition – Xuanyangzi in a nutshell. As scary as it can be, though, you want to keep close, barraging him with charged heavy attacks, and dodging sideways, to avoid the wave attacks of his lengthy wings and limbs.
2. Vermilion Feathers – Honglan
Honglan is a household name at this point among all bosses in Wuchang: Fallen Feathers, ranked. However, Vermilion Feathers is the strongest version of her, with minimal weaknesses. She’s super fast, too, and wields powerful magic. While nearly everything doesn’t work against her, you’ll need to be patient and find the perfect weapon that can deflect her attacks. Not forgetting to dodge at the right time and in the right direction.
1. Demon of Obsession
Funny enough, the best boss fight is an optional one against the Demon of Obsession. She can essentially do everything you can, only better and stronger. She casts devastating spells and performs insane acrobatic moves. As long as you’ve mastered Wuchang: Fallen Feathers’ mechanics, you should stand a chance. You can master the staggering of the Demon of Obsession to interrupt her continuous attacks. Heavy weapons are your best go-to with high stagger rates. Then, try to get close enough to spam heavy attacks.
