What is Tenet of the Spark?

Tenet of the Spark is going to be the next action-adventure game that boasts of world-switching as its unique feature. The game will revolve around the story of Will, a man holding the “Spark,” which lets him see the world as both a Viking warrior or an Aztec strategist. These two personas bring different skills and abilities, making it a mix of problems that the players have to face. The main attraction of the game will lie in switching through perspectives to face combat, puzzles, and exploration.
While the game brings modern urban settings and historical worlds inspired by Viking and Aztec cultures together, Will’s power propels him between these worlds, each with its own visuals and gameplay. In the Viking world, one has to concentrate on strength and brute force as the battling style, but stealth and agility dominate the Aztec world. Still, both worlds continue to offer players the opportunities to engage with the environment in different ways.
At its core, Tenet of the Spark is a single-player adventure, telling a deep story in the adventure genre. Because it combines this urban action with mythological elements, not only will players understand Will’s life now but also the ancient connections within themselves. This form of new expression to the player is through action, exploration, personal growth, and engagement with story and gameplay.
Story

Tenet of the Spark is about Will, a former boxer who comes back to his hometown and takes on the troubles of his past. It’s a story of Will having a special power, called the Spark, which lets him use his Viking and Aztec ancestors’ abilities to take down street gangs and try to find out who he really is. Will’s redemption path is the core of the game because he has to deal with all repercussions of the past and the people he left behind.
After the tragedy in the ring, Will ran from his old life. The incident ruined not only his career but hurt many more. Now that he is back, some see him as a person to use to get what they want-in other words, revenge-but some just want to harness his special gift for their own evil purposes. Will has to confront those challenges while learning the truth about the Spark and making peace with his past.
Gameplay

It would have gameplay based on a special power, which lets the player switch between two personas-those being a Viking warrior and an Aztec strategist. Each persona has different strengths. He could be powerful and have the ability to smash enemies, especially when using heavy arms such as hammers. On the other hand, he would need agility to perform sequences that are precise, such as using a boomerang to throw at enemies and sneak past without them noticing. The player will play through two personas, switch between the two personas, solve puzzles, explore different areas, and try to conquer many challenges by instance.
Combat will probably be a mix of strategy and action. Players aren’t just going to use Will’s boxing skills; they are going to have to decide when to play brute strength by the Viking and when to play off the agility of the Aztec. Some enemies will simply need a big, heavy punch, while others are known for their quick and accurate strikes. Every fight is set up like a puzzle that players have to try to figure out the best way to use both personas to win.
And the environment will play an enormous role within it, too. In the Viking’s world, for example, players will interact with their surroundings by pushing objects or using strength to gain advantages in battles. Meanwhile, in the Aztec world, for instance, players may have to utilize height or distance as a means of hiding or attacking from afar. This kind of variety within combat and exploration would mean that players would have to think with much more care and utilize the different qualities of both personas to achieve their ultimate end.
