Call Of Duty Black Ops 6 Season 2 Reloaded – Everything You Need to Know

Black Ops 6 Season 2 Reloaded is here, bringing an exciting collaboration with the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT) franchise. So, you can expect the theme for the new content to sphere around the turtles.
Moreover, the patch update for the second half of the season will most likely bring changes to the mechanics that improve gameplay. But what exactly do we know about the new update? Come along as we explore everything we know about Black Ops 6 Season 2 Reloaded so far.
What is Black Ops 6 Season 2 Reloaded?

Black Ops 6 Season 2 Reloaded is a mid-season update for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 that will add two new maps, over six new weapons, cosmetics, attachments, perks, and updates to the gameplay.
The first half of the season added some quality-of-life updates and bug fixes that further refined the quality of the game.
So, it’s likely the second half of the season will do the same. However, the most significant addition that made the biggest wave was the TMNT-themed content, as well as a new perk.
Call of Duty X TMNT

The upcoming Call of Duty and TMNT collaboration carries the most excitement for Black Ops 6 Season 2 Reloaded.
While TMNT has featured in Call of Duty before, specifically when antagonist Shredder was a crossover Operator in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 (2022), the mid-season update will be doubling down on the turtles’ universe.
In a Call of Duty X post, we see the turtles emerge from the sewers, bickering at one another. So, the turtles – Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael, and Michaelangelo – will definitely be crossing over to Season 2 Reloaded as Operators.
Gameplay

You’ll be competing against other online players as the ninja turtles across the Team Deathmatch, Domination, and Hardpoint games. What’s more? You’ll wield the turtles’ iconic weapons and abilities.
The ninja turtles each have a unique Scorestreak special ability, along with Master Splinter. Splinter can vanish in smoke, Leonardo thrives on stealth, Donatello on hacking, Michelangelo is your pizza delivery guy for replenishing health and dealing double damage, and Raphael wields unlimited Shuriken.
Besides the new Operators, weapons, and abilities, Black Ops 6 Season 2 Reloaded will include patch updates that improves on the base gameplay, tweaking mechanics for a more enjoyable playthrough. Feel free to read the patch notes right here.
Maps

Further, the mid-season update plans to add two multiplayer maps: Grind Ooze and Bullet Strike. Grind Ooze is a returning map from Black Ops 2, featuring an outdoor Half Pipe and cradle, skate store, and indoor skate ramp.
These are steeped in TMNT decals, posters, and artwork immersing you into the ninja turtles’ world. It’s medium-sized for 6v6 game modes. Meanwhile, Bullet Strike is brand new, albeit smaller in size for 2v2 and 6v6 game modes.
Call of Duty’s patch update notes for the Bullet map reads: “Sev and Rogue Team deploy to a high-speed bullet train to neutralize a key enemy target. Keep your eyes sharp when moving up and sweeping the carriages; the automatic sliding doors may reveal an incoming enemy at a moment’s notice.
Climb up to the roof of the train to feel the whipping wind and marvel at the landscape flying by. Be ready to defend your spot up top and then drop back down behind the enemy line.”
Modes

You can look forward to the TMNT Moshpit multiplayer mode. It’ll feature Team Deathmatch, Domination, and Hardpoint game types.
Here’s where your ninja abilities and Scorestreaks will thrive against online players. Scorestreaks will ramp up your scores as normal. However, like the ninja turtles working together, they will need to be earned as a team.
There’s also the new Tomb Zombies Directed mode, where you can enjoy extra guidance and round cap limitations trudging through your main quest. And the Cowabunga Zombies Limited-Time mode challenges you to clear zombies under a set time limit.
