All Release Dates Unveiled at ID@Xbox Showcase

On Monday, April 29, 2024, the ID@Xbox Showcase aired live. In partnership with IGN, Microsoft displayed a number of Indie titles. Producers and developers everywhere came forth with news spanning major upcoming upgrades, tentative release dates and development progress. From the one-hour preview, several games received their official release dates and here they are.

1. Vampire Survirors: Operation Guns

Unleash firepower like never before in Vampire Survivors: Operation Guns! Arm up with grenades, assault rifles, and silver bullets as you hunt the undead. It’s high-octane action, it’s vampire annihilation, it’s the ultimate showdown! Lock, load, and prepare for the battle of your life.

Dropping a new trailer, Poncle showed us their plan to drop an intense combat scheme. Combine with its famous 2D generative graphics, the DLC is set to land on May 9, this year. In addition to the new trailer, the team also shared a teaser for  the Laborratory update which landed on April 29.

2. Astor: Blade of the Monolith

Making a strong debut in the showcase, Astor: Blade of the Monolith received its official release date for May 30, 2024. The action RPG title pits players in a land of mystical creatures. Taking on the form of Astor, one of the creatures, traverse through Monolith in a quest to find out your creator.

The quest, however, will not be all sweet adventures. Throughout your journey, you will meet all forms of enemies ready to devour you. Using your sword, slash through these enemies to deplete their lives. You can also use magic balls and a series of combos to take them down too. The game will be available on PS4 and PS5.

3. 33 Immortals

33 Immortals is by far one of most-anticipated game releases of this year. Unfortunately, the game’s official date has not been announced. Thankfully, a Closed Beta release is around the corner, creating hope for a near future release. The game’s closed beta will kickoff from May 2 to June 2, 2024.

The massively multiplayer title, requires 33 players to take on an unruly lord. The players will battle of multiple players while traversing through the various lands to reach the main boss for the ultimate battle to overthrow  him.

4. Times & Galaxy

With a tentative June release date this year, Times & Galaxy gives you an opportunity to be renowned journalist. Starting as an intern, you will traverse the through space, identifying your next news source. Develop interviews and curate the next major story of the galaxy.

As simple as it seems, the RPG promises to deliver the innate experience of journalists everywhere. players will learn how to strike powerful individuals to be your source of stories and much more.

4. Centum

Step into Centum, where every choice echoes through a century. Build empires, shape destinies, and conquer legacies in this epic strategy game. From ancient civilizations to futuristic societies, the power is in your hands. Will you rise as a titan of history or be lost in the sands of time?

This title will land in the industry during the Summer of this year 2024. For now, the exact dates are still a mystery but we will be sure to keep you updated on any changes.

5. Keylocker

Another Summer release we should anticipate is Keylocker. The game provides a gameplay strategy that is sure to bring players much pleasure and fun.

Unlock the secrets of sound in Keylocker, a rhythm-based puzzle adventure! Navigate through a world where music is power, solving intricate challenges to restore harmony. With each beat, unlock new levels and melodies.

6. Fera: The Sundered Tribes

In the mystical world of Fera: The Sundered Tribes, ancient powers clash, and destiny hangs in the balance. Choose your tribe wisely, harness their unique abilities, and embark on a journey through untamed wilderness and treacherous ruins. Whether you’re a cunning shapeshifter of the Shadowfang Clan or a fierce elemental warrior of the Embercrest Tribe, your path will be fraught with peril and adventure.

Forge alliances, master powerful spells, and uncover the secrets of a world torn asunder by conflict. In Fera, every decision shapes your fate, and every battle tests your mettle. The game will land late this year, 2024.

8. WWII-era game Commandos: Origins

Dive into the heart of World War II with Commandos: Origins, the ultimate prequel to the legendary tactical stealth franchise. Set against the backdrop of a war-torn Europe, this game takes you back to where it all began – the genesis of the elite Commandos unit.
