Tokyo Game Show 2023 was rather eventful this year. With many great titles shown, as well as many other titles announced. These announcements not only served to excite the community at large. 5. Forza Motorsport's Hakone TrackForza Motorsport

Starting off today's list of fantastic announcements that were made at Tokyo Game Show 2023. Here we have Forza Motorsport's Hakone track. The track, which is fictional, is heavily based on Japanese themes. It is also one of the five new tracks that Forza Motorsport will be releasing. This is great, as it not only gives the game a chance to showcase some gorgeous scenery. But its announcement is also a big deal for many Forza fans. Forza Motorsport also announced a more American-themed track as well, dubbed Lime Rock Park.

These tracks, while being in stark contrast to one another visually, both do a great job of showcasing what is possible in Forza Motorsport. Simply put, the environments displayed in these tracks appear phenomenal. And that is to say nothing of the technology and graphical fidelity that is presented in both the vehicles themselves, as well as the tracks' surrounding scenery. Hakone Circuit, from what we can see seems to be much more curvy than its American counterpart. All in all, this was certainly one of the best announcements from the Tokyo Game Show 2023.

4. Elder Scrolls Online Localization

Switching gears quite a bit with our next entry. Here we will cover the Elder Scrolls Online news. Announced at Tokyo Game Show 2023, the Japanese localization of Elder Scrolls Online seeks to bring the MMORPG to a new audience. This is quite a shocking move, as it appears that Xbox is attempting to vie for the Japanese market with this decision. In addition to this base announcement, we also received word of when this localization will be made available. The date for which is November 15, 2023, which is not too far away.

This is wonderful, as it opens up the world of Tamriel to another audience, and lets them experience the many great Elder Scrolls Online moments. In addition to this, the developers at ZeniMax Studios also announced DLC for Fallout 76. Both of these announcements are great for their respective franchise, especially in consideration of the Japanese audience. All around, this announcement brought two spectacular titles to a new audience. All of which makes it one of the best announcements made at the Tokyo Game Show 2023.

3. Monster Hunter Now's AR TechnologyBest Armor in Monster Hunter Now

Changing things up with our next entry, here we have the new addition of AR technology into Monster Hunter NowMonster Hunter Now, for those unaware, is a mobile Monster Hunter game akin to titles such as Pokemon GO. In the game, players are able to battle monsters and harvest them to make armor and weapons. This serves to be an effective gameplay loop and one that is sure to entertain players for quite some time. The announcement of AR technology also makes its debut in a unique way. As with players at the event were able to demo the concept.

This is great, as it not only allows players to get hands-on with the game. But it also does a great job of marketing the game as a whole.
