Avalanche Software has revealed a collector's edition for the upcoming action role-playing game Hogwarts Legacy.

Announced today during Gamescom, Hogwarts Legacy, which is one of the most anticipated games of 2022, will come with a Collector's Edition. This collection, which will launch with a retail price of $300, will include a lot of wizarding goodies and in-game cosmetics for players to show off in and outside of Hogwarts.

The Hogwarts Legacy Collector's Edition will release with the deluxe edition of the game, which includes several in-game items, such a special robe for players to sport. To add to this, the collection will also come with some physical loot, such as a steel book case, a wand, and a map of Hogwarts.

A feature that wins over Potter fans, of course, is with the map and wand. When pieced together and plugged into an electrical outlet, the wand has the power to float above the pages. This and this alone is a pretty good in-your-face USP, and it's bound to pique a few diehard fans' interest.

The good news is you can pre-order the Collector's Edition anytime from August 25th. As for Hogwarts Legacy, wizarding folk and muggles alike can delve into the grounds on February 10, 2023 on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC.
