Keno Now Live in Ohio, Oregon, and Puerto Rico on Lotto.com
Lotto.com said on September 8, 2026 that its Keno product is now fully operational and available to customers in Ohio, Oregon, and Puerto Rico, extending a rollout that began with the game’s introduction in Massachusetts earlier in 2026.
The Jersey City, New Jersey-based lottery courier announced the expansion in a company release. Customers 18 years of age and older in the three jurisdictions can now order Keno tickets through Lotto.com and the Lotto.com app, managing their lottery play from mobile devices or computers.
How the Game Works
Keno is a draw-style numbers game in which players choose how many numbers to play, how much to wager, and how long to stay in the game. Draws occur on average every three to five minutes. The company presents the product as a fast-paced alternative to traditional lottery formats and a complement to jackpot games such as Powerball and Mega Millions.
According to the release, Ohio, Oregon, and Puerto Rico collectively account for more than $800 million in annual Keno sales, a figure the company cited as evidence that lottery play extends well beyond national jackpot games. It described Keno as one of the most popular lottery game formats in the world.
Thomas Metzger, chief executive of Lotto.com Inc., tied the expansion to the company’s wider effort to move lottery participation into digital channels.
“Following our successful launch in Massachusetts earlier this year, we are excited to expand our Keno portfolio across North America into Ohio, Oregon, and Puerto Rico,” Metzger said. “High frequency games like Keno represent an important evolution of our mission to modernize lottery participation while helping our lottery partners reach new and existing players through trusted digital channels.”
Terms by Jurisdiction
The game’s structure and top prizes differ across the three markets, according to Lotto.com’s support documentation.
In Ohio, players win prizes by matching their numbers against 20 numbers drawn by the Ohio Lottery, with a top prize of $2 million on a 10 Spot game. Per Lotto.com’s Ohio Keno documentation, players can choose up to 10 spots, wager from $1 to $20 per drawing, and play their chosen numbers for as few as 3 or as many as 50 consecutive draws. Ohio also offers a Keno Booster feature that can multiply potential winnings by 3, 4, 5, or 10 times and doubles the price of the wager.
In Oregon, players match their numbers against 20 numbers drawn by the Oregon Lottery, with a top prize of $200,000 on a 10 Spot game. Per the company’s Oregon Keno documentation, wagers run from $1 to $20 per drawing, players can select up to 10 spots, and tickets can cover as few as 3 or as many as 100 consecutive draws. Oregon’s Keno Multiplier feature can multiply potential winnings by 1, 2, 3, 5, or 10 times and likewise doubles the wager price.
In Puerto Rico, where the game is branded Kino, players match their numbers against 20 numbers drawn by the Puerto Rico Lottery, with a top prize of $100,000 on a 10 Spot game. Per the Puerto Rico Kino documentation, wagers run from $1 to $20 per drawing, with up to 10 spots and as few as 2 or as many as 20 consecutive draws, and draws run Monday through Saturday. A company launch post for Puerto Rico Kino states that tickets start at $1 plus service fees.
Across all three jurisdictions, Lotto.com processes tickets during specific operational hours. Orders placed outside those hours are submitted for drawings on the next business day, and a Keno order joins a processing queue rather than being guaranteed entry into a specific drawing. Customers receive a notification once a ticket is printed and uploaded.
New-Customer Promotion and Availability
To mark the launches, Lotto.com is offering eligible new customers a one-time promotional credit of $3 toward a first Keno order. The release set out two codes: 3OFFKENO for customers in Massachusetts, Ohio, and Oregon, and KINO for customers in Puerto Rico. The promotion carries service fees, applies only in Massachusetts, Ohio, Oregon, and Puerto Rico, and expires at 11:59 p.m. Eastern time on December 31, 2026.
On its About Us page, the company describes itself as the first digital platform for ordering official state lottery draw and scratch games on mobile and web platforms, operating as a lottery courier that enables participation in U.S. state lotteries and helps fund state-run programs across education, parks, emergency responders, and veterans’ health. The company said in the release that it has more than 4 million customers and has created 12 millionaires through state-run games, including a $3 million digital scratch ticket win in Colorado that it identifies as the largest such win in its history. It introduced its Lotto.com Scratch Tickets in June 2023, a product now available in Arizona, Colorado, Massachusetts, Nebraska, Ohio, and Oregon.
The company also states that it is the only Better Business Bureau-accredited lottery courier service and that it is certified by Gaming Laboratories International and the National Council on Problem Gambling.
Lotto.com is currently available in Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Maine, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oregon, and Puerto Rico, and the company said it plans to expand to additional states in the near future.
