Football Manager 2024 is here, and as always, the newest addition to the series is yet one of the top sports video games of all time. With FM24, Sports Interactive takes the franchise to a whole new level with a host of new and improved features. From smarter AI rival football managers to improved save files and new leagues, fans are in for a beautiful football manager season. But the list of Wonderkids makes the gameplay even more refreshing. Of course, we have some of the wonderkids we all know and a few new real-life players who are making a killing in Football Manager 2024.

If you're looking to stay on top of the game in the series' latest entry, here are the best wonderkids in Football Manager 2024 you should consider signing.

5. Nico Williams

Nico Williams

Nico Williams is one of the top young talents in the Spanish football league. The 2002-born winger is a regular in Athletic Bilbao's first-line team. He has made ten appearances in the 2023/2024 La Liga games, and any football manager can see his determination on the pitch. Although he has only one goal this season, Nico Williams scored a record 9 goals in 39 matches last season. The star also ranks high for assists in most of the appearances, including one in the most recent Athletic's 4-3 win against Celta De Vigo.

As a fast-rising player since his time with Basconia, Williams is a talent to watch and an incredible skill to add to your team. Perhaps from the inspiration of playing alongside his big brother and forward player, Inaki Williams. Real Madrid's Carlo Ancelotti and his counterpart from FC Barcelona already showed interest in the player. Manchester City is also in the race, although Jon Uriarte is still adamant that Williams will remain with Athletic.

For £43, Williams would make a perfect winger for any side, even though he predominantly appears on the right wing with a right foot preference. He has the ability to pull the unexpected on the pitch, can dribble, and has a good turn of pace, so why not sign this decent winner for your FM24?

4. Eduardo Camavinga

Eduardo Camavinga

As a rising star with a tender age and a talent to envy, Eduardo Camavinga will be a major target for most football managers who want to thrive in FM24. The 2002-born central midfielder for Real Madrid has created a name for his versatility, athleticism, and game abilities. He's among the tier-one players that have seen Real Madrid reach the top of the Champions League. His skill makes him perfect for your first team, and he is a suitable backup plan that you can deploy as a defensive midfielder.

The French national, who is said to be of Congolese descent, is perfect at passing and intercepting passes from opponents and is well-grounded to tackle players and form a strong defensive shield. Notably, the wonderkid who has been with Real Madrid for over 10 seasons is not a new entrant and has a name in the professional football scene, including in previous Football Manager seasons. He was even named the best League 1 player of the year during his time with Rennes. His debut match at Real Madrid saw his new club win 5-2 against Celta Vigo, and has been of tremendous value ever since. In fact, Real Madrid just extended his contract to 2029, despite Liverpool and Arsenal showing interest in the player.

For now, this wonderkid is valued at £59m-£72m. If you love to play FM24 with players in their real-life teams, you may have to start a football manager career with Real Madrid as it's unlikely they will let go of Camavinga.

3. Rico Lewis

Rico Lewis

Every professional football manager desires a versatile player, which Rico Lewis brings. The England national team and Manchester City player can be a left-back, right-back, or defensive midfielder. He was born in 2004 and kicked off his professional football career at 15 when he played for Manchester City's under-18 team. At some point, Lewis became the team's captain and drove his teammates to win the title in the 2021–2022 season.

After a long stretch of appearances, Lewis premiered in Manchester City's main team during the UEFA Championships in 2022. His team would win 5-0 against Copenhagen, with Lewis coming in as a substitute. Lewis made a name for himself the following month after scoring the first goal in Manchester City's comeback against Sevilla. It ended in a 3-1 win for Lewis' team.

Lewis's performance at Manchester City has been nothing short of impressive. In the last season, he started in 10 matches, only coming in as a substitute in 4 games. Additionally, he was part of the team that steered City's FA Cup victory, appearing in all the matches but the final.

2. Alejandro Balde

Alejandro Balde

Alejandro Balde commands skill, strength, and speed, making him an explosive player who qualifies to train and play alongside big names in soccer history like Robert Lewandowski, Joao Felix, and even Leonel Messi. He is one of Barca's left-back players, supporting the attacking squad.

As a young star of the 2003 generation, Balde has quickly come up the ranks thanks to his exceptional performance, which saw him win leagues in all the levels he's played. From Under 10 to Under 12, Under 14, and 16, ultimately joining Barcelona's first team in the 2021-22 season. After being part of the Barca winning squad in the 2022-23 season and becoming an official player for FC Barcelona's first team in the 2023 summer, Balde is bound to be a force to be reckoned with and a desirable member of FM24 managers' teams.

1. Youssoufa Moukoko

Youssoufa Moukoko

From veterans like Samuel Eto'o to professional players Vincent Abubakar and Andre Onana, Cameroon has seen remarkable stars in professional football history. However, Moukoko is taking Cameroonian professional football players to a different league. The 19-year-old became the youngest professional soccer player to feature in the Champions League and the Bundesliga. He again broke the record as the youngest player to ever score a goal in the Bundesliga when he was only 16.

Basically, Moukoko has made several appearances, from Under 13 at FC St. Pauli to Under 17-Bundesliga, Under 19-Bundesliga, and the UEFA Youth League. His performance has been spectacular in all his appearances, scoring an incredible 141 goals in 88 appearances. The wonderkid striker at Borussia Dortmund inarguably ranks high among the best wonderkids in Football Manager 2024.
