In a recent stream, Popular Twitch streamer Asmongold (a.k.a Zack) managed to collect almost $400,000 in a single stream. And this enormous amount will all be directed towards helping the victims of the ongoing invasion on Ukraine.

On March 25th, the American streamer had planned a charity stream for CARE (Cooperative for Assistance and Relief Everywhere). The organization had been proactively working to help Ukraine ever since the conflict broke out.

Asmongold streamed for over nine hours. He played Lost Ark and Elden Ring. Viewers from all across the globe made donations that totaled up to $391,000. The amount surpassed the targets that the streamer had set and it became the highest amount that he ever collected from a charity stream.

Asmongold later took to Twitter to express his gratitude:

Towards the end of the live stream, Asmongold said, “I did not expect that we were going to get anywhere near this. We took all of this money together.”

Joking about the weapon levels in Lost Ark, he continued, “I could almost get my weapon to +20 in Lost Ark, but unfortunately it's gonna go to a good cause. All of this money that we have raised today is going to be going towards CARE, so they can allocate those resources to people in need in Ukraine. Thank you all so much, thank you everybody for doing this and making this possible.”

You can watch the entire charity stream on Twitch.

Along with Asmongold, other OTK (One True King) members also contributed to Ukraine relief activities. Nick “Nympol” Polom donated all the funds that he raised from charity stream. Nympol, along with other OTK members Malena and Emiru, raised over $130,000.

OTK, a gaming organization that has some popular streamers on board, has always been proactively involved in charity streams. Earlier, the organization had raised funds for Games for Love and donated to various causes.
