2020 is just around the corner, and there are many promising gaming titles we just cannot wait to get our hands upon. From tactical westerns to adrenaline-filled shooters that get our heart beating, here are some of the most promising titles that are coming out soon.
Desperados 3
Mimimi Productions, the same team that was behind Blades of the Shogun, might pleasantly surprise us once again. Like the previous two titles, will be set in the wild west and it will put your tactical skills to a real test. You will be able to play 5 characters, all with their unique abilities that will provide useful in the merciless wild west.

Solar Ash Kingdom
You might remember Heart Machine from 2016 when they came out with a mesmerizing adventure game called Hyperlight Drifter. It had a distinct visual style that the team decided to improve on with the Solar Ash Kingdom. This time, we will be exploring a surreal 3-D world filled with beautiful imagery and equally disturbing enemies. The trailer gave us a vibe of games like Ico and Shadow Of Colossus, which is definitely a good thing.

Biomutant
Next, how about a promising action-RPG with a kickass graphic style powered by Unreal Engine? Its magical world is filled with all sorts of peculiar creatures which genes you can merge with your character to unlock unique abilities. Biomutant looks like an intriguing mix between Monster Hunter and Devil May Cry, and it's been on the radar of many gamers since the E3 reveal. Did we mention there are robots?

Babylon's Fall
Babylon's Fall comes from the makers of Nier and Bayonetta, which puts it high on our priority list. Judging by the cryptic trailer, this will be an epic adventure spread on a bigger timeline and will include battling big-ass sci-fi knights. We are still waiting for a gameplay video, but this looks very promising.

Halo: The Masterchief Collection
After years of speculation, Halo: The Masterchief Collection is finally coming to PC. This package will include 6 Halo titles, ranging from Halo 2: Anniversary up to Halo 4. Considering how acclaimed every title in the series was, it ain't no wonder that we are getting just a little bit impatient.

Half-Life: Alyx
Valve has finally decided to make every gamers wet-dream come true with the newest installation of Half-Life. However, we are not talking about Half-Life 3, but a spin-off that will be taking place before Half-Life 2. Alyx was also announced only for VR, though we can dream it will translate onto other platforms, in time. Whatever the case may be, Valve has confirmed that they are returning to the series, as there is still much room to explore. Will we finally find out more about the mysterious G-man?

Doom: Eternal
Id Software decided to change the scenery a bit by bringing hell back to earth. Judging by the trailer, we can expect over-the-top action in the vein of the originals, which can only be a good thing. As usual, there will be a huge arsenal of deadly weapons, like the Destroyer Blade, which will let you chop demons in half. Doom: Eternal is coming out in March. Until then, let your mouth water over this gameplay video. Go ahead and practice your chainsaw moves, just be careful not to hurt yourself.
