Moon Knight x Fortnite: What We Know So Far
Following the release of Moon Knight, Marvel's latest superhero series, speculations regarding a Moon Knight skin in Fortnite began doing rounds on the internet. Previously, Fortnite and Marvel together have delivered some of the best seasons and skins. We have had Deadpool, Iron Man, Spider-Man, and even Thanos as playable characters in Fortnite before.
Given that Fortnite's history with surprise collabs followed by additions to the item shop isn't new; we could actually have a playable Moon Knight in the game. And this could happen as soon as Chapter 3 Season 2.
Notable Fortnite leakers have further added fuel to this fire. ShiinaBR's tweet about the whole Moon Knight and Fortnite ordeal, spurred the speculations further.
Moon Knight collab coming soon? 😳
Epic Games & Disney invited some Fortnite content creators to a premiere event for the upcoming Moon Knight show!
The same happened with Dune, a collab took place shortly after.. 👀

As ShiinaBR and NotPaloleaks have pointed out, Epic Games and Disney sent out invites for Moon Knight's premier to a few Fortnite creators. The same thing had happened with Dune. Some creators were invited to Dune's premier. And the next thing we know, we had Dune-inspired content all over Fortnite.
Some eager data miners have dug out a few in-game files and some of them have been decrypted. One of the files has revealed some ‘lanterns' pointing towards a theme or character. The remaining files are yet to be decrypted, and we will have to wait for it. However, it is speculated that those files contain new skins.

In addition to this, Fortnite and Marvel collaborated before. So there's no reason for fans to believe that a Moon Knight playable skin cannot happen. In any case, it should be noted that Epic Games has not yet confirmed or denied any rumors.
In a recent update, the battle royale game has introduced some changes. Players can now choose to play build and non-build modes. The lobby has also gotten an overhaul. And some playable characters from Assassin's Creed Valhalla are becoming playable.
