Let’s Cover If Hello Neighbor 2 Is A Game You Should Put On Your Radar

Hello Neighbor is a stealth, thriller game where after moving into a suburban area, your curiosity leads you into horror. You have to break into your neighbor’s house and figure out what the middle-aged man (Mr. Peterson) was hiding in his basement, as if it is your business anyway. Maybe if you feel uncomfortable calling the police, let someone else call them, then back up shows up to the possible murderer’s house. Why try to be a hero that can be on a front of a newspaper, when you are practically trespassing? You are a child (in the town of Raven Brooks) as the main character anyway and are not thinking about calling anyone. I guess I do not have to explain my thoughts about the storyline, but when Hello Neighbor 2 releases, what will be improved?

In Hello Neighbor, with Pixar-styled visuals, you play against an advanced AI, learning from your every move. There is a bear trap through the backyard window, cameras placed at the front door, and the most disturbing part is, the neighbor will find a shortcut to catch you. Would you really let a neighbor perform tactics on you that appear somewhat similar to the movie Home Alone?

One thing you can learn from the game developer, Eerie Guest Studios, formally known as Dynamic Pixels (established by Alex Nichiporchik), is to never give up. When the Eerie Guest Studios failed to secure funds for Kickstarter, the studio kept working on the game, securing a publisher with tinyBuild. Hello Neighbor 2 is expected to be released this year and will be available on Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, and PC. Ever since July 23, 2020, Hello Neighbor 2 Alpha 1.5 was available for free on Steam (with the first hour of gameplay).

Why Are We Excited For Hello Neighbor 2?:

If you get caught in Hello Neighbor, what is the worse that can happen? I will tell you. You get another chance to sneak into the neighbor’s house, finding more keys to locks, leading to a more complicated gameplay. In the sequel, at least the puzzles you find have more meaning. Solve the puzzles by combining terrain features, different items, and play forming skills.

Hello Neighbor 2 - AI Explained Trailer

In Hello Neighbor 2, a mysterious crow-like creature stalks you, as you attempt to track down a missing neighbor. Use a fire extinguisher to get to the top and the AI will do the same. You have to create more distractions while you travel anywhere from the beginning of the game. The background music that occurs when you are being chased is exhilarating, where you have to attack the stranger or think of a quick hiding place. So far, it still is not confirmed on if Hello Neighbor 2 will be available for PS4 (PlayStation 4) or PS5 (PlayStation 5).

Okay. The first Hello Neighbor ended with the entire process being a dream. It is like watching an action-packed, emotionally stimulating movie, wanting to know what happens next, and you are left with the cliche absence of joy. You ever watch the romance comedy movie, Groundhog Day (1993)? Groundhog Day has the main character (Phil Connors) experiencing the same day over again, where he thinks he has déjà vu. Every time he wakes up, it is February 2, regardless of his attempts to leave the town. Hello Neighbor share some similarities with such a movie, where your hard work can feel pointless.
