The eastern region of NA features some of the best players in the world. Liquid STRETCH predominantly won the DreamHack tournament. Many other players from eastern NA are looking to follow suit, hoping to get the best Victory Royale. Today, we are looking at some of the top talents in eastern NA before the FNCS competition.
When we talk about East NA, all eyes are on STRETCH. Even more so when we are getting close to the seasonal Fortnite Champion Series tournaments. He improved his career a lot, mainly playing solo, despite having already revealed that he doesn’t like the format. It seems to have met in Chapter 2 Season 3. Winning the NA East DreamHack Online Open in a devastating way. Now in this upcoming Fortnite Champion Series, players will be playing for 9 hours on the first day, and another 9 hours on the second day. Of course, this is for those who reach the Grand Final in both days. Eighteen hours of play is very draining. So, let’s see if STRETCH can maintain the high level of play during the qualifiers.
It is difficult to talk about any solo competition without mentioning the Fortnite World Cup champion. Although he went through turbulent times, Bugha remains one of the best players in the world. He missed out on the NA West DreamHack Online semifinals, not finding his winning ways since November 2019. However, you can expect to see Bugha in the Fortnite Champion Series Grand Final one way or another.
Khanada is one of the talents of Team SoloMid, one of the best in the world. He established himself as an excellent solo player some time ago. He has three wins in the Solo Cash Cup, which sets him apart from many other players in eastern NA. He also takes fourth place in last season’s Fortnite Champion Series Invitational. This makes it a favorite. Keep an eye on Khanada, he will surely seek his first big win in a big tournament.
Dubs, competitor of FaZe CLan is on the rise in the last competitive seasons of Fortnite. He performs consistently in the most reputable Fortnite Cash Cups and tournaments. A few weeks ago, Dubs took second place at the NA East DreamHack Online Open, behind STRETCH. He recently suffered a suspension, leaving him out of the Fortnite Champion Series Invitational. Dubs will try to return to the final at the next FNCS.
In the past few months, we’ve seen NA West’s highlights at NRG Edgey and Liquid Cented heading east of NA and we have seen immediate success. Team Liquid’s Riversan also added to that list. Since joining East NA, the Fortnite World Cup Finalist has won three Daily Trio Cups with Slackes and more patients. NA West did not provide Riversan with the competition or the prize necessary to prove himself. Now, with zero ping, Riversan has every incentive to dominate eastern NA and establish himself as one of the best.
After migrating to the computer, Unknown was not very successful in his results in the Fortnite competition. He didn’t make it to the Grand Finale of DreamHack Open Online. However, it remains a question of which level we will be able to see the player. It is an intriguing story to see where the NRG Esports competitor will arrive. Will Unknown continue to type everyone he sees? We won’t know until the FNCS Playoffs start next weekend.
