Fortnite x Paramount: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles to Hop onto the Island?
Over the course of several updates, Fortnite has added some famous characters via deals. Previously, Epic Games had signed deals with Ariana Granda, DC Comics, The Matrix, Star Wars, and many more.
And now, Paramount has signed a deal with the game publisher Epic Games. This deal might introduce some beloved characters like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. However, it has not been confirmed that TMNT would make its way onto the battlefield.
Nick Baker on the XboxEra podcast brought this up in a recent episode. He mentioned TMNT as an example, which leaves a lot of room for speculation and no confirmation. Any of the Paramount characters might pop up in a future update.

Fortnite frequently drops in new skins and characters with every update. Players spend on the popular characters and this is how Fortnite makes money.
Chapter 2 of Fortnite ended and left us with a flipped island. In Chapter 3, they loaded the game with new content and saw a bunch of famous figures like Spiderman, Zendaya, The Rock, and more hop onto the flipped island.
Fortnite x Paramount: It might be SpongeBob, Shrek, or Something Else Altogether
Just like Spiderman: No Way Home, Paramount might release characters from its upcoming movies into Fortnite. For 2022, Paramount has a Star Trek movie, a Scream movie, G.I. Joe, Transformers, and two Mission Impossible movies lined up. We might see something inspired by these movies in the game. Or they might consider adding SpongeBob, Shrek, or even Master Chief.
Another thing to consider is that Nickelodeon owns the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and other cartoons’ IPs. Nick’s programs are showcased on Paramount+, the streaming service. ViacomCBS owns both companies. So, it’s not yet known how the deal between Fortnite and Paramount will play out.
In any case, it is unlikely that they will release the new skins in the next update. The new content will definitely take some time to make and patch into the game. Again, this is just a rumor that will be confirmed or dismissed in a few days.
