Fortnite Week 10 Quest Guide

With the end of Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 4 on the horizon, it appears Epic is completely exhausting the season's feature, Chrome Substance, for the week 10 quests. But don't worry, we've got all the information you need to complete the quest right here in this Fortnite week 10 quest guide. Also, before season four ends, don’t forget to check out our other Fortnite guides for previous weekly quests!

Fortnite Week 10 Quest Guide

  • Deal Damage to opponents with an Evolved EvoChrome weapon (0/150)

The EvoChrome Burst Rifle and EvoChrome Shotgun are the only EvoChrome weapons in the game. You'll need to obtain one and evolve it from a green rarity to a blue rarity. You evolve EvoChrome weapons by damaging enemy players, NPCs, or wildlife. Then, with the evolved version, you only need to deal a total of 150 damage.

  • Evolve EvoChrome weapons twice in a single match (0/2)

You need to evolve both an EvoChrome Burst Rifle and an EvoChrome Shotgun for this quest (So, from green to blue rarity). Alternatively, you can select one and evolve it twice. (From green to blue, and then from blue to purple.) Either method works, but you must do it throughout the same match. Again, doing damage with EvoChrome weapons evolves them.

  • Use a D-Launcher at Shimmering Shrine or Cloudy Condos (0/1)

For this task, simply use a D-Launcher, which is a type of launchpad, at either location. If you don't know what we're talking about, trust us when we say they're hard to miss.

  • Destroy Slurp Barrels (0/10)

If you want to complete this quest in one go, we recommend going to Rave Cave. It is a prime location for Slurp Barrels, so you can finish the task while also topping your shield.

  • Be Chromed for a 180 seconds combined in a single match (0/180)

For this quest, you need to be Chrome for a total of three minutes, throughout a single match. The best ways to get Chromed are by Chrome Splash or running into the Chrome Vortex. You'll only be Chrome for about 40 seconds in either case. If you want to cheat the system, you can fly directly into the Chrome Vortex off the Battle Bus drop and sit in there with your Glider for three minutes.

  • Search a chest at both Lustrous Lagoon and at the Rave Cave (0/2)

This quest should be very easy to do, you can land at either location at the start of the match to easily complete it.

  • Eliminate players with the Cobra DMR (0/2)

It's time to test your shooting skills because for the last quest you need to kill two players with any rarity of the Cobra DMR.
