FIFA 22 Is Coming to EA Play & Game Pass

Published

 on

FIFA 22 will be joining the EA Play and Game Pass subscription platforms on June 22, which coincides with the game's nine-month anniversary.

History has shown us that Electronic Arts has a knack for uploading its games to EA Play roughly six months after each respective release date. This has been the case for years now, which is why the soon-to-be release of FIFA 22 doesn't come as that much of a surprise. Although a few months later than its usual time period, the point to take away is that it'll finally be joining its predecessors on both EA Play and Game Pass Ultimate.

Of course, as with any shred of good news, there is a slight catch that comes with it. And in this case, it's that regular Game Pass subscribers won't be able to access it. Game Pass Ultimate users, on the other hand, receive all the perks that come with EA Play, which, of course, includes FIFA 22 and a huge variety of other EA Originals.

“Live out your football dreams in FIFA 22 Career Mode as you create a club and lead them from relegation candidates to global giants, and enjoy an overhauled Player Career experience that gives you more ways to progress, achieve, and immerse yourself in your Pro’s journey through the game,” the game's description reads.

You can pick up Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and enjoy all the exclusive perks and features for $14.99 a month. If you're new to the platform, then you can grab your first month for a single dollar.
