Elden Ring has received the Best Role Playing award at The Game Awards 2022.

The esteemed award of Best Role Playing game has been given to FromSoftwares, Elden Ring at The Game Awards 2022. But, with acclaimed fantasy writer George R. R. Martin at the helm of Elden Ring's worldbuilding, it's not surprising that his creativity helped Elden Ring scoop up this award. Its world, known as The Lands Between, is a mysterious, yet exciting open-world brimming with new quests to discover, all of which put you in the center of them.

Character customization and class building is a thorough and thought-out experience, that can tailor to anyone's playstyle. It features an endless amount of content to personify your character and make you feel at home in The Lands Between.

Elden Ring is simply bursting at the seams with RPG elements in its environments and characters. From fighting Dragons and Giants to helping Clay Pots get unstuck from the ground, there is always a new adventure awaiting you and a new story to get to the bottom of. There is no other game that complements the role playing genre like it. Elden Ring has pushed boundaries and reached new heights.
