5. Silkweave Armor

In all fairness, there are dvě sets of armor that are worthy of taking the fifth spot on the list, and that’s the Regal Armor, and the Silkweave Armor. The former, which grants its wearer the power of flight, is a fantastic set, and arguably one of the best on the block. That said, the Silkweave Armor hits differently, as it brings even more protection and defensive buffs, as well as a minor boost in movement speed, too.

To grab your own Silkweave Armor, you’ll need to speak with Lysandra, a kind-spirited NPC who often wanders the wax-centric Bažina region with her pet jumping spider. To craft the set, you will need to source the following items:

• Textile Patch
• Silk Thread
• Spider Head
• Chitin
• Herptile Hide

4. Formic Armor

If you happen to have an old Ant Head knocking about, then you’ll be pleased to know that it can be used to craft one of the best sets of armor in the game. The Formic Armor, simply put, is a two-for-one cold and blunt resistant outfit that sits on par with the likes of the Silkweave Armor and the Regal Armor. For what it’s worth, though, the Formic Armor dělá, in fact, have higher resilience stats than the aforementioned alternatives, which makes choosing a perfect set a bit of a no-brainer.

However, if you’re after something with a high protection rating above all else, then you needn’t dig any deeper than here.

To get the Bone Armor, you will need to locate Mirmek, a friendly NPC who often roams the Oak Forest v blízkosti Greylands region. And in case you missed the previous entry, that’s the same NPC who can help you craft the Formic Armor, a solid substitute that also has a highly protective coating and additional resilience to colder conditions. More to the point, though, you will need to find the following materials to be able to craft the Bone Armor:

• Ant Head
• Fiber String
• Textile Patch
• Heavy Chitin

2. Healer’s Armor

The Healer’s Armor may not have the same gliding abilities that the Ironwing Armor has, but that isn’t to say it’s a complete write-off. On the contrary, it’s actually considered to be one of the nejlepší sets in the entire game, and it’s thanks to its natural healing capabilities that it retains such a high reputation. What’s more, it also has a significantly higher protection stat than most run-of-the-mill sets, which alone makes it a suit worth dying for.

To get ahold of the Healer’s Armor, you’ll first need to find Tuhala, a friendly NPC who can be located in a small shack in the Mangrove Beach area, adjacent to the Zřícenina region. Note that, to craft the set, you will need to find and trade the following items:

• Kůra
• Fiber String
• Textile Patch
• Refined Wood
• Blood Sac
• Greater Health Elixir

1. Ironwing Armor

There’s no doubt about it — the Ironwing Armor is, for lack of a better word, perfektní. It’s perfect simply because, as far as all-rounder sets go, it offers a lot in each department, from cold protection to chest strength. It also allows its wearer to take full advantage of the Glide ability—a skill that’s essentially required in order to unlock new areas across the map and beyond. So, quite the useful outfit, all things considered.

To get your hands on the legendary armor set, you’re going to need to seek out Dost, who can be found in the Greylands region. To craft the Ironwing Armor, you will need to locate the following materials:

• Vlákno
• Heavy Chitin
• Železná cihla
• Insect Fur
• Sapphire Wings
• Dřevěné uhlí
