Chorus Should Be Up For Grabs This Year
“Chorus” from “Deep Silver” and “Fishlabs,” is expected to release some time this year. Nara (the protagonist) was once the Circle’s deadliest warrior and now, she is a fugitive determined to destroy a dark cult. The platforms that “Chorus” will be on are “PS4 (Playstation 4),” “PS5 (PlayStation 5),” “Xbox Series X/S,” “Xbox One,” “Google Stadia,” and “Microsoft Windows.”
According to “Game Informer,” “Chorus will feature a “Smart Delivery,” ensuring players only have to purchase the game once, to play whichever Xbox console they prefer.
This “Chorus” game is a separate game from “Chorus: An Adventure Musical,” which was funded last year. If that title will not confuse you when you are making your purchase, you probably have it launched in your head which game you will buy. Maybe, you will buy both games.
Gameplay:
The brand new space-flight, combat shooter, “Chorus” is where you play as a spaceship. Play as Nara (a space pilot and ex-cultist, facing her haunted past of the Circle organization) and Forsaken, (her sentient starfighter).
Relentlessly open fire at your enemies and explore a universe with epic quests to free an oppressed galaxy.
Unlock a selection of weapons and mind-bending abilities (like extra-sensory perception, teleportation, and telekinesis) as you venture beyond the void (exploring ancient temples, sprawling space stations, and strange planes of existence beyond our own).
Chain your powers together to evolve into an ultimate living weapon, and engage in zero-g combat. Attain powerful weapons and combat upgrades. Feel like a true mastermind when you can operate the mechanics of a spaceship.
This game appears like a third-person shooter (reminiscent of Starfox) that will give you a fast-paced action, single-player experience. Your mission is to fight against the Circle and their ominous leader, the Great Prophet.
“Chorus” was announced on “Xbox 20/20” event event in May as a sci-fi, space shooter.
During “Gamescom Opening Night Live” on August 27, “Inverse” got a closer look at the gameplay of “Chorus. It is a fast-paced shooter with plenty of explosive action. You can battle villains of all shapes and sizes.
If you heard about “Chorus,” the odds are, you were teased about the surreal plot, focused on taking down a corrupt agency.
Hopefully, this is not one of those games you get too hyped over and say, “What is this rubbish?” I am pretty sure the actual gameplay will meet our expectations.
