5 Video Game Developer Companies That Can Improve Your Favorite Video Games

Updated on

What if some of our favorite video games were created by different video game developer companies? An animated view of Among Us (developed by InnerSloth and PlayEveryWare) may not be enough for you, so what if it was developed by Activision? Activision developed attention-grabbing video games (like Spider-Man 3, Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time, and Call of Duty Vanguard), so Among Us could keep the animated look or have real-life features.

Fortnite is officially moving to the Unreal Engine 5, as part of the start of Fortnite Chapter 3. Last year, Tim Sweeney (Epic Games founder and CEO) talked about Fortnite making the shift to the Unreal Engine 5 in mid-2021 “to do things that are absolutely not possible today.” What if instead of Epic Games developing Fortnite, Sony Interactive Entertainment did itHere are 5 video game companies that can improve your favorite games.

5. Tomb Raider (NetherRealm Studios):

Tomb Raider, (also known as Lara Croft) an archeologist, tends to search for lost artifacts, with handy handguns (also known as Pistols, Dual Pistols, or Twin Pistols). The video game series was created by Core Design (a British gaming company).

Shadow of the Tomb Raider: The Nightmare (developed by Eidos Montréal and published by Square Enix) is the latest version in the series, which was released on September 14, 2018. Shadow of the Tomb Raider: The Nightmare is the sequel to Rise of the Tomb Raider. Tomb Raider Reloaded is expected to be released in 2022, for iOS and Android devices.

NetherRealm Studios developed video games like. Mortal Kombat X, Mortal Kombat 11, and Injustice 2. Sonya Blade shares similarities with Lara Croft and NetherRealm is an unapologetically fitting game developer company for the Tomb Raider series. The thought of Sonya and Lara Croft collaborating is a long awaited event that may or may not happen.

4. Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater (Nintendo Entertainment Planning & Development):

What if Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater, which is the greatest skateboard video game series, was developed by Nintendo Entertainment Planning & Development? Let me refresh your mind. Nintendo Entertainment Planning & Development is the same company that developed The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, where you can be amazed by the richly defined landscapes and challenging gameplay.

That feeling you get when you are on a roller coaster that is rising to the highest level, soon to drop, would be visually captured on a skateboard.

Maybe you lack acrophobia (an intense fear of situations involving heights), but worry about freak accidents. A freak accident can occur from simply walking down the stairs and missing a step. Skateboarding is not for the faint of heart and if Rockstar Games developed it, you may feel like you are watching disastrous skateboard accidents on YouTube.

3. Street Fighter (Konami):

When you think about Capcom’s video games, Street Fighter is likely the first one. Capcom is responsible for developing Mega Man 11, Resident Evil (1996), Marvel vs. Capcom 2: New Age of Heroes, Resident Evil Village, and more. Konami is same video game developer company responsible for games like Contra (1987), Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots, and Pro Evolution Soccer 2017. Capcom and Konami are competitors that would be unstoppable, if they linked together.

2. Mario Kart (Ubisoft):

The Burnout series do not need a new developer, but what if Ubisoft developed a Mario Kart game? Ubisoft created some of the best open world games (like Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, Riders Republic, Just Dance 2022, and the Far Cry series. Mario and Nintendo are like peanut butter and jelly, but would you really worry about what company the game is made by, instead of the added features it can have?

1. Pac-Man (Sunsoft):

What video game developing company is incapable of creating Pac-Man? It just happens to be that Namco Limited introduced the world to Pac-Man. Sunsoft developed video games (like Batman: The Video Game, Road Runner's Death Valley Rally, and Taz Mania. The same way Looney Tunes characters’ eyes may dramatically pop out of their eye sockets, is how we want to see the antagonists (Blinky, Pinky, Inky, and Clyde) react, when Pac-Man consumes the four power pellets, chasing after them. Technically, Namco can just add the dramatic feature or think of something else.
